Card Issuing

The Card Issuing Platform for Modern Programs

One platform to design, launch and operate card programs end to end — issuing, processing, program management, risk controls and reporting, connected to your product through a single API.

What is a card issuing platform?

A card issuing platform is the software and infrastructure a company uses to create and operate payment cards: opening card accounts, generating credentials, authorizing transactions, applying spending controls, and settling with the card networks. Modern platforms expose these capabilities through APIs, so businesses can embed branded Visa or Mastercard products directly into their own applications.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an issuer processor and a card issuing platform?

An issuer processor executes transactions — authorization, clearing, settlement. A card issuing platform wraps processing with everything else a program needs: account creation, credential management, controls, compliance workflows, program management and APIs. NetPay provides the full platform layer.

Can I run multiple card products on one platform?

Yes. Consumer debit, corporate expense, prepaid and crypto-funded programs can run side by side, sharing the same API, controls framework and reporting.

How do spending controls work?

Rules are evaluated in real time during authorization. You can restrict by amount, merchant category, country, channel (e-commerce, POS, ATM) and frequency — per card, per group or per program.

How does reconciliation work?

Every authorization, reversal, clearing and settlement event is available via webhooks and reporting endpoints, so your ledger can mirror scheme activity without manual file handling.
