2. Definitions

3. Eligibility

For business users, the person creating or managing the account confirms that they have full authority to act on behalf of the company.

If you provide services to your own customers using NetPay247 infrastructure, you must ensure that your own customer agreements, privacy policies, risk policies, and compliance notices are legally suitable and properly disclosed.
NetPay247 may suspend or terminate business or BaaS services if a business user, partner, merchant, customer, or end-user creates legal, compliance, financial, reputational, operational, or fraud risk.
9. Fees and Charges
